The title of the paper is \u201cTHE QUANTIFIED LONG-TERM BENEFITS OF GREENING IN PRIVATE REAL ESTATE: Focus on cases from the planned development design system in Tokyo.\u201d Co-authored by Yohei Kawaguchi, Kaori Isawa, Hiroyuki Hasada, Uko Watanabe, and Yudai Honma, the paper was accepted on August 8, 2025, and published in the November 2025 issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u3000In this study, we conducted a mathematical analysis of developers\u2019 project viability regarding greening in private real estate development, focusing on both floor area ratio (FAR) relief granted under the Comprehensive Design System and the long-term benefits that affect future profits and asset value.
